Assign specific import menu to specific users
Assign User Access for Import
Goto Settings --> Users & Companies --> Users. You can set access on different type import menus.
Import Your Data
Go to Import menu and you can find different options for import different data. Of course, options will display based on user access set on different import.
Download Sample file for import data
Click on Download Sample File for import data.

You need to follow the file format as shown in Sample file format. For every import, you can download sample file format. You need to follow it to import your data.
