Apps Refund Policy
A customer will be eligible for a refund if they meet one of the following conditions, and agree to stop using the application and delete all copies:
- A bug has not been fixed within the specified timeframe.
- The module is missing a feature that was advertised on the app description page.
- The module fails to install correctly on the advertised version.
- The module violates the Vendor Apps Guidelines.
- The module's license is incorrect.
- The purchase was made using a fraudulent or stolen credit card.
- The claim involves a new feature that was not advertised in the module description or communicated by the vendor.
- The module had a bug that was resolved by the publisher after the claim.
- The module functions properly but does not meet the customer’s specific needs.
- The customer’s database is hosted on an Odoo online instance.
- The customer purchased the incorrect version of the application for their database.
