Apps Refund Policy

A customer will be eligible for a refund if they meet one of the following conditions, and agree to stop using the application and delete all copies:

  • A bug has not been fixed within the specified timeframe.
  • The module is missing a feature that was advertised on the app description page.
  • The module fails to install correctly on the advertised version.
  • The module violates the Vendor Apps Guidelines.
  • The module's license is incorrect.
  • The purchase was made using a fraudulent or stolen credit card.
A customer will not be eligible for a refund if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The claim involves a new feature that was not advertised in the module description or communicated by the vendor.
  • The module had a bug that was resolved by the publisher after the claim.
  • The module functions properly but does not meet the customer’s specific needs.
  • The customer’s database is hosted on an Odoo online instance.
  • The customer purchased the incorrect version of the application for their database.
N.B: Please note: Once a refund is issued, you have 30 days to validate or accept it.
